These Terms are entered into between you and SmartRoster ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Service.

If you have questions regarding these Terms, contact us at: support@smartroster.club

2. Eligibility and Use of the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

To subscribe to a paid plan, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must register using a valid email address or an approved third-party authentication provider.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

SmartRoster offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support@smartroster.club.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (e.g., campaign data, army lists, notes).

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We do not actively monitor or moderate user content, except where necessary for security, technical maintenance, or legal compliance.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including software, design, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content) — remain the property of SmartRoster.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active.

If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible under the free tier unless you delete your account.

If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed and any active subscription is canceled.
